After being contracted by Estes Construction for the site improvements of Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Miller Trucking & Excavating began the work on May 10th, 2016 at the college by tearing down the existing concrete retaining wall that was failing and beginning to fall over. MTE completed a new retaining wall using precast concrete blocks ranging from 48" - 72" deep and supplied proper drainage behind the wall.
